Colton made me feel like I was top priority. Without him there at miracle ford I wouldn’t have pitched a truck from there. He’s the best salesman I’ve ever worked with and needs a raise or promotion. Just a great experience with Colton!

We took our 2020 Explorer here for a faulty screen that's a known issue. This is after it was there about a year ago for the same problem that they said they fixed but didn't. They called my wife and told her the new screen wouldn't work with a battery that only charged to 59% so we paid $400 for a new battery. My daughter picked the car up and the screen still didn't work right. Now we are being told only the backup camera was replaced and the screen wasn't? This isn't the first issue I've had there.
