I was calling to check on floor mats ordered for my wife's explorer. With 4 phone calls, no one can give me an answer on when they will arrive. Really hard to get anyone to call you back.

I am revisiting my reviews of Miracle Ford. After the most recent experience, I don't trust them and suggest no one else does. Pay real close to attention to finance, especially Sandra, she will try to slip in an extended warranty and add money to your loan acting like she is giving you something for free. They might estimate your pay off the same way the value your trade, low, then you get a call a few days later saying you still owe them money. I purchased a used truck and had a recall work performed by them. Both were pretty painless. Wish they still had a bodyshop, I wanted the truck I bought buffed out and they could not do it. But that was pretty minor.
