Tried charge for transmutation when it was under factory and lifetime warranty. Took months of going back and forth. Service desk was never friendly or helpful. We will never go back after using them for years.

We feel we went above and beyond after we were provided the lifetime powertrain information that was purchased from another dealer. We absorbed over $4000 worth of rental expenses that were not covered by the contract.
