Very nice people but awful customer service. If your hearing aids break and need to be returned, you have to either get a loaner pair or live without them while a new pair is shipped to the local office. I can't function at work without my hearing aides and this is the second time in 5 years I have had to return a pair. The loaner models are old and not the same as the new ones you might own and mine did not work properly. I went to Miracle Ear in Belleview,Tn. 11/28/22. I need new hearing aids badly. I was supposed to receive a free hearing evaluation, as advertised! The woman who I spoke with immediately started showing their hearing aids and told me which one she thought would be best for me. I told her I couldn't afford any big monthly payments on our budget. I am 81 years old, and she continued to inquire different ways I felt I could finance them. She even went so far as to ask if any of our children could help! This became embarrassing ... read more
CAUTION: Despite the 30 day return policy, there's a restocking fee with Miracle-Ear of 10% or $150 per hearing aid for a total of $300. Either way you loose if it doesn't work out.

To me, Miracle Ear is NO MIRACLE. 4 YEARS AGO I paid $7000 for hearing aids. They have features like different "programs" for situations. The only program that kind of works is #1. Yes, warranty has expired and nothing they will do about the problems I am having, (EXCEPT SEND IN FOR REPAIR AT MY COST). Again I say, $7,000 for the very nice office and regular "check **** and cleaning?
Miracle-Ear failed my test. The event for experiencing their newest technologies are not supported in their ********* office. I was invited by Micracle-Ear and offered a free $20.00 Target card for my 8-10-22 visit. I have had nothing but problems with these hearing aids right from the day I bought them did not feel I was getting any support from ********** ** store, Then went to ********** ** store issues where resolved but only for a week they sent out for repair came back things working well one week later and now problems again. Now being given the run around dont buy from them
If I could give them a 0 or lower if I could. I financed my hearing aids through them at ************** I paid for several months and then the ************* web site went down and has been down for several weeks. I try the Easy Pay site for ************* and can't log in. I call ************* at ************* and they do not answer the call. They are now charging me a late fee because I haven"t paid my ****. I tried calling Miracle Ear but they could do nothing for me. Do not use the financing services for Miracle Ear.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Not even about a product, more a process. My elderly father (widowed) moved in with me 6 months ago - a year after my mothers death. I had my regular appointment with my audiologist to clean and check my hearing aids. I was was greeted by my audiologist with several papers in hand. He asked me to fill these out to update my file. I complied and he ushered me into his office. All of a sudden a young woman joined us and introduced herself as *********. She started a soft sales pitch. My hearing was tested by my audiologist.
