I wish I had know that Miracle Ear was not BBB credited. I paid thousands for one ear. I was told that I can control the volume with my iPhone. The first guy I was working with got fired, then the Second **** has tried everything but I still cannot hear or turn my volume up or down. PLEASE FO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!! Wasted my money that I dont have! I feel they take advantage of elderly.

My Miracle Ear office has been terrific from the start. The Tech is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know, will find out for you.

I want in August got my test paid certified check for ****** I have called everyday for a week and no one returned my calls I called and got someone in Corporate named ****** she called an left one message and no answer she promised in answer that day ...that didn't happen ...Should I file a complaint with the BBB or the legal add ,,I am disabled on SSDI and 200 dollars is the difference between eating and not

I went to miracle ear in *********** hts. ***** I had a great experience with DR. ***** He took very good care of me. He tested my hearing and showed me the hearing loss that I was dealing with. He showed us several different hearing aids to choose . I am very happy and satisfied with everything that Dr. **** has done and I would recommend Miracle ear to everyone.

Miracle ear, Update after complaint to Consumer Fraud District Attorney, Miracle Ear did responded, and we did clear up the issue, An d I received earing aids on 9-9-2025.

I gave Miracle Ear an honest chance to fit me with some new hearing aids. What I got was a bad run around. They guaranteed satisfaction, but they dont back that up. The tech (she is not a registered audiologist as I was led to believe) did not know how to adjust the aids I purchased to where I could understand conversation of those talking around me. I am not a customer and never will be. I have tried before to get you to stop harassing me with your advertisements. I have the legal right to opt out, but you ignore my requests. I just got another of your ads in the mail. This time you had birthday greetings. How are you legally able to have my birthdate or any other private information on me when I was never a customer. Uses deceptive tactics in its postal mail to fool people into thinking it is a second notice from an unpaid bill. This kind of marketing should be illegal.

I wear hearing aids. I had them for 3 years never a problem got a ad in the mail for a pair of minis that go in your ears for ****** made an appointment got there they did an exam said I couldn't get those I had to get another pair. Did all their sale pitch. Like a idiot I traded in my old ones . Now I've had nothing but trouble with these hearing aids didn't have them for a couple weeks the receiver broke off. Told me to glue it back with super glue. Didn't work went back gave me a new receiver and it broke off to so I glue... read more
