I purchased hearing aids in March that did not work for me. I returned them to the store two weeks later. It is now June and I still haven't received a refund. Won't recommend this company to anyone.

The Miracle Ear center in ******** was very helpful after purchase. Hearing aids were a new experience for use.The staff at the center was very professional with training. If we had a issue we could come to the center right away to fix the issues. The staff was friendly and addressed the problem right away.We also used the center in ******* with the same results

The hearing aid never fit properly and no adjustments were offered. Then we got a phone call and an offer to fix the problem. We set up an appointment, drove 120 miles only to find no one at their office. The company said they tried to reschedule but that is not the case. Highly disappointed with the product and the service.

Hi, I went to the Minnetonka office. It is one star, because the testing was good, and the hearing aid work well. 2 hearing aids and a charger abd free visits for cleaning for I don't know how long were over $6000. In hindsight, I wish I would have returned them. Friends are very happy with their *******bought hearing aids for less than 1/3 that price. I wish now that I would have asked about the price at the beginning of the visit. Please go elsewhere for your hearing aids, or you'll have regrets like me. Muracle Ear charge... read more

My Husband ordered new hearing aids from the ********** store. Because they didn't have anyone to accept the delivery of his hearings aids, they were returned. He had a family emergency so corporate hired a gal but she was only there part of the time. Husband had an appointment, the audiologist's boss was there, couldn't find anything on Husband's hearing aids so was going to look into it and call him. He never did. My Husband has left a message but no return call. This office is ran very poorly

The hearing and instrument specialist is very helpful and thorough. His name is **** ******* . But the sales person ****** ******* is a very tricky salesman. Doesn't give you a chance to voice your opinion. He said my left hearing aid not working they get like that with age n need a new one . Suggested to get the medium price one but up to me to get the cheaper one . By that time he sold me the medium one . Never stop talking until you sign n then he keeps quiet. This is a warning for all of you - do not use MIRACLE EAR for hearing tests and aids. I received an offer in the mail for a free hearing test plus a $50 gift certificate for Olive Garden. Since I'm old (77) and have never had a hearing test done, I went in. I can't comment on how good the test was because I had never had one before, but when I was done she showed me how my hearing was diminishing slightly, and then without pausing laid out the plan for me to pay over $200 a month for 44 months to get them. Had a great experience with Miracle-Ear. Did a super job testing my ears and getting the right hearing aid for myself. The last company we received a hearing aid from, did no testing and we had trouble with them after a short time. **** ******, HIS, did a great job testing, fitting and explaining everything. I am totally greatful for the time he spent with me. *********** is the best.****** location.

Had ********************* aids dropping out not holding charge. I was told they could send them out for repair and it would take 1 week to a week and a half. When I brought them in, I was told one and a half weeks to 2 weeks. Have entered the third week now and all they tell me is that they will call when they get them back. This has been a terrible experience, not being able to hear, staying home instead of going to church or out with friends.
