I received a post card from Miracle Ear promising $25 if I came in for a free hearing test. I did that in May, and when I presented the card, I was told I'd receive the $25 in two weeks. This miracle error location is ripping me off. I did not like them. I brought them back after two days. They refused to give me a full refund. They want nine hundred and seventy five dollars to take them back. I thought thirty days I had a full refund coming. This is a senior citizen rip off.I contacted miracle ear,never heard back.very susp. Financial also.im not happy,I'm within 30 days I want my money back,as promised. 0 stars I'm going too report to bbb.,aarp, ********* Tictok,my God what a total ripoff.

Biggest waste of money went in to spend $2000 talk me in to spending $8000 been back in forth feels like already 40 times they don't last and refuse to give u a different kind and force you past the return date is what they did to me I will not ever buy from them again and neither should anyone

Lied to me about the return policy. Gave me broken hearing aids and did not care. Told me to go home with them. Nothing else. Told me thats just the way I need to accept them. These hearing aids cost me $8,000. They are no better then ****** Brand. In fact ****** is BETTER! They will clean them as many times as needed. You don't even have to make an appointment. WAY MORE CONVENIENT!

I am disgusted with how they have treated my parents. My father went in and they sold him (after telling him he would have no hearing in one ear) two hearing aids for a crazy amount. They were upset about it that night and indicated this to me that same evening. I told them to cancel the purchase immediately and we would look into it further together. i went to the ****, ****** store. it was like buying a used car. they loved me until i wasn't interested. i have a chronic discharge in my right ear. she kept pushing an IEC aid even after i expressed my disagreement. it is not an acceptable, or reccommended option. the moisture creates a heavy maintainence scenario.after all of this, promised by the invition i received in the mail, the $100 restaurant gift card never materialised. tried to send a message on thier website, they wouldn't let it through. postal fraud?

I went in for help with tinnitus. After a full exam, they told me I had hearing loss, and tried to sell me hearing aids. No other mention of the tinnitus. I was told if I bought them that day, I would get $2,000 off (pressure sales). I told them I had to think about it, and asked to take the information and results home to think it over. When my father first went to miracle-ear, I thought he was taking advantage of. He was sold a pair of hearing as it did not quite work for him and being an old man he just chalked it up to being robbed. Instead of letting these expensive hearing aid sitting in the draw I had been transferred to me and calibrated for my hearing loss. Needless to say he was robbed. There are much better hearing aids out there on the market for less money
