I had a horrible experience at this MinuteClinic location on Monday, August 10. My appointment was at 1:20 PM, and I arrived early at 1:02 PM. The clinic was completely disorganized, double-booking multiple people for the same time slots. I was left waiting in the lobby for nearly an hour with ZERO communication or updates from the staff, completely violating their own 22-minute wait policy. My time is just as valuable as theirs. I would give it negative if could. I am still waiting for my scheduled appointment for vaccination. Time of appointment was more than an hour ago. And it is always like this here
I saw Ava NP for my strep throat. She was extremely thorough and was a great listener. She was efficient with my diagnosis and treatment plan. Got me in and out but at the same time was compassionate and helpful without feeling rushed. Will always come back here for my care because of her!
