When a price was quoted for a vaccine it was deceptively false. They failed to mention that the cost of a vaccine does not include the cost for the injection of the vaccine. Deceptive pricing, bait and switch. Be wary of being given deceptive price information. The staff at the Minute Clinic knew of the practice and agreed with us that the practice was not fair for the customer.
Easy to set up a timely appointment and nurse practitioner was caring and professional.

I should have listened to the reviews. Made an appt for 9:30am for a physical and titers that I need urgently (within 48hrs for employment). I checked in and proceeded to wait for 15+ minutes. There were multiple people also waiting with me and the pharmacy was closed. No one working at the store knew if minuteclinic was open even though it said it is open today 9am-5:30pm.
