I haven’t put review before but I needed to tell their service is terrible. I made an appointment from one of 3kiosk which is in front of the minute clinic. They said they only get an appointment when I asked them, so I came back 4 hours later. AND they said There’s no appointment showing on their system. They said I made pharmacy appointment, not the minute clinic. The kiosk was RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR ROOM, and the pharmacy and minute clinic are just 3FEETS between. Why cant I get a single actual human on the phone to answer a question and why is afc half the price for a sports physical????
Fix the answering services. I had one question and had to go through 3 minutes of dealing with the computer system then several minutes of hold time. Never got my question answered due to long wait time, therefore, you lost my business.
