Horrible company non responsive and costs owners in the end Does use them to manage your property. They are very unprofessional as well.

We have used Minster to manage our 34 flats block in Bou'mth for several years, and find them absolutely excellent. I'm one of the block's Directors, so I see that Minster respond immediately to all the numerous queries and problems that occur. It's a family business, so they're all highly committed. People seem to come onto review sites to have a moan about some specific problem, so hopefully my comment balances things a bit? It's a good company, and I highly recommend them.

Awful management company: inefficient (incorrect dates on letters detailing works to be carried out, and laughing on the phone when error is pointed out), rude and very expensive (wanting to be paid to answer queries). Avoid if you can.
