In a market where honesty is often lacking, OZ is a top guy. The car was simply as advertised and from my experience so far, I can conclude he’s meticulous about the cars he sells to people. The car works perfectly. His customer service is also top notch: He picked me up and dropped me off at the train station the day I came to view and test drive the car (he even researched my train times). He then delivered the car to my house for free (I live at least 30 miles away from his place). Top guy and highly recommended.
Pleasure to deal with Oz when buying my Eos. He was honest with the faults it had(it was bought as spares or repairs) but even though it was a cheap car, his service was still top notch, even dropped the car off for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. Thanks again Oz!
Excellent service from Oz, who allowed us to view and test drive the car at short notice, and was available and flexible around offering collection or delivery of the car we bought. He gave a fair price for a great quality car. I was impressed with how he gave us a history of the vehicle, he knew the previous owner and had in fact sold her the vehicle originally several years before. This sort of customer loyalty doesn’t happen by accident… absolutely 100% recommend Minster Cars.
No complaints about the car,but paying top wack for a car you would expect the V5 to be sorted for us as promised,it wasn't and we had to sort it out ourselves,also the car hadn't been serviced for 3 years,yes it had done only a few thousand miles since but synthetic oil degrades over time.I gave the car an oil and filter change myself.
Two very happy customers. Oz is very knowledgeable in what he does and now we have a great little Aygo at a brilliant price.
