I’ve lived in a property managed by Minihan group for the past 3years and I’ve had a genuinely positive experience from day one. Throughout my tenancy, the agency was always professional, helpful, and easy to contact. Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly and efficiently, which gave me real peace of mind. It’s clear they care about both their properties and their tenants.
Been communicating with this agent via open rent platform for a property This company still charging admin fees which is illegal and has been for number of years. When challenged on this comes back with gutantor 6 months rent up front ..... Then when called out on this as no one got 6 months rent up front they refused my application. Never answer they landlines or reply to email either... Scammers
