I booked Minibus4u through Taxicode. They were incredibly unprofessional and let me and 13 of my friends down for a double birthday event. They cancelled the minibus at 7pm the night before, having booked it weeks in advance. They were due to take us on a return journey 11.30am the next morning to a music event. The cancellation caused much stress and expense and i would heavily reccomended you use a local, reliable taxi service than this app. It is nothing but a scam. I wish i could give them zero stars.

Booked for an event at the weekend, however they cancelled on us 2 days before with no reason! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

AWFUL COMPANY booked with minibus 4u over a week ago and cancelled at 7pm last night for a booking in just over 24 hours. To add to it I actually spoke to them 2 days ago to confirm it was all booked which i was told it was. DO NOT BOOK

Cancelled with no reason, really needed this service for an event, as there was 16 of us. Don't bother using, waste of time & money. Better off walking.

6.30 on the morning of his wedding my son has received an email saying the booking has been cancelled and his £200 payment will be refunded. Needless to say the £5 discount offered for a future booking will not be taken up. No explanation given as to why the booking has been cancelled. Absolutely appalled at this companies so called service!! Would give 0 stars if this was an option.
