I have recently been working with Sarah over Zoom, I am an NHS doctor who during the recent pandemic had reached the brink of burnout in both work and my personal life. Sarah has been an absolute lifesaver in giving me a safe space to decompress and helping me develop coping mechanisms to deal with anxiety, overwhelm, stress and lack of assertiveness. Sarah is so welcoming and her previous experience within the NHS is invaluable, I highly recommend for anyone considering! Worth her weight in gold!
