I have had Reflexology and India Head Massage treatments with Angela. She is extremely welcoming, calming and have reaped the benefits of both treatments I had. I love to try new holistic therapies to see what really works with my body and I am really happy with how I respond to both of these! If you need to relax, unwind and reset, I definitely recommend both of these!

Had an Indian Head Massage last week and have to say it was the most relaxing 45 minutes I have ever had, Angela was lovely to talk to both before and after the treatment and must say I felt very relaxed the following week. 100% recommended.

Just had my final session of the 6 weeks mindfulness course and it is absolutely brilliant. I’m now armed with ways to tackle every day stresses as well as those bigger ones that sneak up on us. I’ve learned so much about myself and learned that I need to practice stopping to be thankful for the good things in my life that I would usually take for granted and give myself more credit for the things I achieve. Ange is absolutely amazing and I can not recommend giving this a go enough!
