Clare has been fundamental to my recovery in helping rebuild my neuro pathways. When I had my first session with Clare, she was very understanding and considerate, as I suffer with MS. Clare explained hypnotherapy and the goals of what was trying to be achieved. Can't recommend Clare enough. She takes the time to actually listen and then helps with making changes going forward and has helped me to manage a very tricky transition in life. At no point did I feel rushed unlike during my experience of other similar services and the zoom sessions work really well in allowing you to access her support from anywhere.
