Jess was amazing and put me at ease from the first session. Having never done this sort of thing before I didn’t really know what to expect but Jess guided me through my 6/7 sessions. From being in a negative kind of mindset I feel like I have been given the tools to become a more positive person. I wouldn’t hesitate to get more sessions in the future.

I was taught by Jess at CPHT Solution Focused Hypnotherapy training in Leeds. She is very knowledgeable in all conditions especially ADHD where she specialises. She is very professional but brings in plenty of humour which makes learning/Hypnotherapy more fun of course. These things made me choose Jess as my supervisor and I have just completed her CPD on ADHD. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jess to anyone, be it looking for help with hypnotherapy, being a supervisee or attending a CPD, you certainly will not be disappointed!

Jess was understanding, kind and caring from the off. After a thorough assessment session i had 8 sessions. The hypnotherapy sessions have helped me tremendously. I would thoroughly recommend Jess and the process of hypnotherapy.

I'd give more stars if I could! So I first met Jess around 2 years ago and frankly she helped me through one of my darkest days - thanks to her I received the support I needed badly (I won't go into it in detail as it's very personal) - but I basically owe her my life. I absolutely love my sessions with Jessica. She has made my journey through grief and pain more bearable. I am noticeably happier and I am much more hopeful about my life after the death of a loved one. I now consider Jessica a good friend and I feel safe and secure in our hypnotherapy sessions. Highly recommended.
