Do not take your vehicle to the Chrysler service department. They are horrible. They are not honest and completely unreliable. They do not honor appointment times, and then they dont even bother to call you and let you know they are running late. I believe her name is Lara, at the desk is beyond rude and talks to you like you are stupid. They said they fixed something in my vehicle, but they didn't and because of this lie, my family was left in a very dangerous situation, stranded. Run away! The service department at this location is the absolute WORSE! My appointment was at 9 and the service advisor told me that was just my time in the bay to get checked in. What is the purpose of an appointment if you have to wait all day! There are people who have been here since and 8:00 and their car is still sitting outside waiting to be serviced!
