Had a terrible experience booking an appointment for my child. Called around at 8:50 AM, but the person on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. They insisted on a 9:00 AM appointment instead, just a 10-minute difference—what’s the point? It’s clear they don’t take their job seriously and are just pretending to help. Worst service ever!
NEVER open OR NEVER get an appointment, hopeless and pointless doctors.
I would give them 0* if i could. Receptionist Jackie shouldn't work there if she fails to provide services to patients. Failure to identify herself whilst working for the public. Putting other people at the reception only not to be confronted. Failing to put you through to a doctor or to be seen by one. This Medical centre shouldn't exist if they can't provide any medical attention to their patients. Jackie is very ignorant, not listening whilst you're explaining symptoms, hangs up the phone as she can't be bothered talking ... read more
