I recently tried to book an appointment through their online form. Only to get a response that appointments for the same day (I didn't need it for the same day) are finished and I should send a form or call tomorrow to get an appointment that day. I was a little bit frustrated that they haven't provided an option to pick an available time, so I called them. Just to get the response that they can't book an appointment for any day in the future, but only for today. However, to do that you have to call at 7am. There is no queue... read more

I honestly don’t understand why people complain about not being able to get an appointment. I usually log in around 8:00 (never at 6am) and I always manage to get one. I’ve never been refused. Dr Eagan is our family doctor and I absolutely love her – she takes such great care of all of us. Once, she even came into the clinic specifically to see me because she felt it was urgent, even though it was actually her work-from-home day for phone consultations. Popped in to enquire about an appointment , the receptionist could not have been more helpful , very refreshing considering the reputation GP receptionists have , she had blonde hair and think her name may have been Suzanne .
