Always nice polite
This is a very good practice. Receptionists are friendly, nurses and doctors are very friendly and efficient, in particular Nurse Jack and Dr Bloxham.
They were ok until recently when we needed some paperwork from them! It was such a frustrating experience, starting from the rude receptionist to the arrogant doctor who refused to collaborate or do anything, to the time consuming phone calls. A total waste of time!
