Physiotherapy reception staff very rude. Ignored me and was too busy playing on her phone. Bizarre behaviour.
I was booked in for a physio on the 20th of June regarding my hand and was hoping to get some resolution with e.g blood tests or scan. However, nothing of that was made instead the physio lady was pushing my hand and such obstacles if I can push up and down against her hand adding pressure to my hand. Now as a result, my hand hurts more even when I’m using it. It is sad to say that it would have been better if I stayed at home instead of coming here because it has caused a worse outcome.
I had an appointment for my 1 year old and Jevan Mathew was the best professional I could have hoped for. He was kind, understanding, and asked questions while being a pro examining my child making he feel very entertained and us knowing he really cared about the well being of our son.
Waste of time. Been directed here in the past to recover from a couple of injuries only to ultimately be discharged without resolution.
I had a physio appointment with Ruth and she humorous, caring and informed me about everything I need to know. The receptionists were friendly and were helpful over the phone too.
