History Established in 2011. We began making local rustic cider in our old gristmill in 2011 Meet the Business Owner Curt E. Business Owner Curt Sherrer was inspired in 2009 to produce local, rustic ciders based on his 35 years of fermentation experience in an old country gristmill.

Great time and beautiful place! Will definitely be back.
Staff was insanely nice and incredibly knowledgeable. The tour was fun and the liquids are to die for. Only complaint was the heat but hey, it's a very old mill.
So happy to discover this little gem thanks to Ebb & Nova playing music there!
Excellent ciders! Fantastic meads! Even had cysers-blend of ciders & meads. Beautiful rustic old mill as the tasting room! All kinds of barrels of many of their upcoming beverages waiting patiently for them to be packaged for future consumption. Well worth the drive here! We'll be back.
Thanks to an awesome event last night. I can't wait to plan another!! I'm thinking my 10th anniversary on the porch!! Thank you Sarah and all the other staff! A little hidden gem in good ol' Monkton.
