History Established in 2011. We began making local rustic cider in our old gristmill in 2011 Meet the Business Owner Curt E. Business Owner Curt Sherrer was inspired in 2009 to produce local, rustic ciders based on his 35 years of fermentation experience in an old country gristmill.

I don't drink cider normally, but this stuff is bomb! They sure know how to get creative and make an excellent produce. Great people and great drinks.
