History Established in 2011. We began making local rustic cider in our old gristmill in 2011 Meet the Business Owner Curt E. Business Owner Curt Sherrer was inspired in 2009 to produce local, rustic ciders based on his 35 years of fermentation experience in an old country gristmill.

I could go on and on and on about how wonderful Millstone ciders are. We discovered their hopped cider at a tasting and made a 2 hour trip out to see them. We dropped $400 because EVERYTHING was SO GOOD, we couldn't make up our minds.
