History Established in 2011. We began making local rustic cider in our old gristmill in 2011 Meet the Business Owner Curt E. Business Owner Curt Sherrer was inspired in 2009 to produce local, rustic ciders based on his 35 years of fermentation experience in an old country gristmill.

First visit and the place is awesome so far. Ciders are all great but so different from typical ciders you get from liquor stores. We will be back after we finish the 3 bottles we picked up. I think Bonfire with flour less chocolate cake would be good match, at least for me.
If you don't go here... and you live within a 150 miles... You're a fool. Sara, Casey, Natalya are awesome (sorry if I misspelled) love you girls!
