History Established in 2011. We began making local rustic cider in our old gristmill in 2011 Meet the Business Owner Curt E. Business Owner Curt Sherrer was inspired in 2009 to produce local, rustic ciders based on his 35 years of fermentation experience in an old country gristmill.

I sure wish your website had said you were closed today instead of open. We drove 40 minutes to get there only to have to turn around. :-( Looking forward to tasting another time, just wish we hadn't wasted the day.
