History Established in 2011. We began making local rustic cider in our old gristmill in 2011 Meet the Business Owner Curt E. Business Owner Curt Sherrer was inspired in 2009 to produce local, rustic ciders based on his 35 years of fermentation experience in an old country gristmill.

WE HAVE HEARD WORD AS OF 7/14 that Millstone is likely closed! We stopped by today after multiple websites confirmed they were open, to find the door locked and nobody there. Another group showed up shortly after we did and said they drove 40 miles with visiting friends from Toronto and were very disappointed. We dropped by a liquor store about 5 mins away that carried their mead, and the employee there told us he believes they’re done with business altogether, or at least are taking a hiatus - he drives by almost every day ... read more
Confirmed on Facebook and through email that they would be open today. Curt said they would be open. Drove my husband an hour to go here on his birthday only to find it closed. It’s 2:30pm. Won’t be back.
