The leasing agents are really rude and they take your money and play with your time
The central air still does not work properly. The fan runs even with the thermostat set in the off position. This has been an on- going issue for the last 2 years. Mills currently owes me $700 for excessive electric usage. Failure to pay this will result in a lein placed against this property at 5770 Lippert Lane in Belleville. Also no warm water for laundry.
Really had awesome time during my stay as a resident at The Mills property. I have found it to be beautiful area with landscaping. Newer additions since living there before are so great！！& smiles
I have lived in Courtyards at Cityside for 4 years and will be moving in October. If this was a few months ago when the old manager was around I would highly recommend these apartments but as of late this place has become a true nightmare. People's cars are getting vandalized and broken into in the gated parking lots, maintenance doesn't do anything, Mills Properties doesn't care about their tenants at all, the people in the leasing office really don't care especially the new manger, the leasing office closes earlier than 5:... read more

Complete dump, that heavyset "woman" at the front desk Caroll Shern is the biggest jerk I've ever met. Disrespected my mom and me. Our apartment had, bedbugs, fleas, mold and the neighborhood is ghetto and dangerous. 0/10 would never recommend. Also they steal your mail. They'll threaten you and try to sue you. Worst apartment company ever. Screw you Mills Properties
