This company is horrible. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Customer service sucks. I live in what is now called Bennington Heights in Maryland heights MO. Since Mills took over it has been nothing but problems. Someone stole my money orders for my rent out the dropbox, the office staff are rude and will hang up on you if they don't want to here what you have to say. i stayed there when mills bought the place and it was hell every since . they are abusive and rude. when i complained about no hot water i was told to leave then and pay the fee to get out of lease or stay and you get what we give you.. many more left after that and some that complained about there issues was forced out. bad business mulls is so that is why i left.
I have been living in my vaulted ceiling apartment for six months and have realized that my AC is NOT keeping up with these hot temps. My thermostat has been set at 73-75 degrees and doesn't get below 79-82 during the day. The maintenance has been out three times to check my AC. Nothing is working so they suggested me moving to a different apartment. I just got divorced and have only been in this apartment for a short period of time. I am stressing about moving, AGAIN. this place is horrible one of the mangers by the name of Adrian treated my husband and I so rude and so unprofessional we both lived in Heatherton Estates she was rude and when we tried a different complex we found out she worked there by rudely interrupting the other lady that was helping us and she took it upon herself to discuss or personal information out in front of other employees and residents and before she walk off she made sure we knew she was the manager and walked of I was so upset I just left walk out I couldn't... read more
