Every time it rains my basement floods. I've called atleast 5 times to have this fixed. Why should I have to spend all night mopping & cleaning carpet. I'm literally paying a grand each month to have my valuables ruined every time it rains. Ridiculous.
It's a great place. It helps out STL in a big way! Some stories about a 73-76 year old women seem fishy and all they want is attention or money from a lawsuit. The things people do these days to prosper off others makes me cringe. THIS PLACE ROCKS these people are on their game, and they work harder than all others!
My girlfriend lived in Shadowridge in Belleville for 14 years. Mills is the most unprofessional no give a shit management company I have ever experienced. They listen to their building manager without even trying to get all the facts when it comes to tenant disputes. The problem with that is the manager at Shadowridge is a lazy classless hillbilly.

Heather Ridge is great! The staff is super helpful and quick-responding. All of the office staff, maintenance, etc. people are always willing to help, to say hi when they see you around outside, and very friendly. We have had a couple of maintenance issues while we've lived here and have always been pleased with our service. They do what they can to keep the apartments looking nice and safe and we will be renewing our lease here until we are ready to buy a house.
I lived here for a year. I was never so happy as when I moved out. It's over priced and needs a major renovation. If you have other options, take them.
