They lied so much to us said we could renew our Lease, then said they wanted our unit for a condo model. Per their Move-Out Addendum they were supposed to move us to a comparable unit & pay for it. They never did. Now can't get our security deposit refund, been waiting 3 months with multiple phone calls to corporate. Thinking of hiring an attorney. Stay away from The Boulders at Katy Trail, bad management, over-priced and boarded up decks for structural problems and for gosh sakes don't buy!
Great place and very quiet
This is a beautiful, quiet place to live. Can't say enough about the staff and their commitment to excellent service. It's a great place.
The staff at Heather Ridge is incredible! They truly care about each tenant and go above and beyond. When I first looked at the apartments, I was hesitant based on the outside and things looking a little run down, but after seeing the inside of the apartment with the granite countertops and the constant improvements the management is doing, I have no doubt that they are one of the best in town. I stayed in Cityview Apartment Downtown St Louis from March 2013 to July 2016. I vacated the apartment after paying all my dues and was waiting for my security deposit to be refunded. After two months when I inquired they informed me I never paid security deposit and I have to provide them payment proofs for them to consider my case. I provided them my lease document which clearly shows security deposit they hold with them. Now they are not honouring their own lease document which was prepared and signed by them.
