Today was the last straw. We’ve lived at Waterford West for almost 4 years. They’ve changed office staff so much since we’ve been here that I can’t keep anyone’s names straight. Nothing not on thing. was not what I was expecting for what I am expecting to pay
This company has some really shady business practices. They don’t work with tenants and they bleed people for every penny they can get. And they don’t maintain their properties. They threaten with sending people to collections for false fees. Think twice (or 3 times) about renting from them. If you ever try to move out they will hit you with 80 days of utilities. This is on top of all the other BS fees they will throw at you. Even after $4k+ they still say we owe them money.
Don’t waste your time renting here! I’ve contacted management multiple times and haven’t been able to reach anyone!
I moved out of these apartments well over 30 days ago (4/9/19) and have still not received my deposit back. When I called the person who answered was very unprofessional & just sent me to a random voicemail. Terrible customer service, impossible to get a hold of anyone there or at corporate. DO NOT RENT HERE!!
We continue to have MOLD issues that the Property Manager was going to address them himself. However, he has yet to follow up with us. It is Very disappointing to have been a resident since 2003 and no one seems to want to help.
