They were never flexible. I don’t think the office people talk to each other because I would explain my situation to one and then the other would email me as if I didn’t already explain this. They are very money hungry and overcharge and their fees are insane.

Today was the last straw. We’ve lived at Waterford West for almost 4 years. They’ve changed office staff so much since we’ve been here that I can’t keep anyone’s names straight. Their maintenance staff is clueless about anything maintenance related, and the current office staff could not possibly care any less about the residents. RecommendedWe have just LOVED living here!! My fiancé and I have lived in this apartment complex for over 3 years. We have absolutely no complaints. The apartments are beautiful, the scenery is gorgeous, and the staff and management are SO helpful, respectful, and easy to talk to. Any maintenance issues are always fixed ASAP- very pain-free. RecommendedFirstly, I'm very surprised by these ratings, as I am quick to give 1-star to a place deserving of it, but Tiger Village is not a 1-star establishment, and I would consider the validity of a 1-star rating with no written review. My experience has truly been a 5-star one, as the entire process, from moving in to moving out, was by far the smoothest out of the multiple apartments I have rented from.
