Used Mills Knight for a flat, really good service from start to finish. Had a couple of small issues upon moving in (electricity was in debt for example) but Mills Knight were great with rectifying any issues of this nature. I then got a new job and needed to leave Norwich and Mills Knight could not have been more hospitable and helpful. I would highly recommend Mills Knight. Special mention for Charlie and Rebecca who have been excellent throughout the process. Thank you.
I recently got offered my own flat for the first ever time and they were so super helpful, everytime I rang I had a kind lady on the other end of the phone helping me and being patient with my questions, as I said this is my first ever place by myself so i'm quite clueless when it comes to sorting bills ect and she helped me with everything :) great service, thankyou!
Excellent overall - far better than the previous and predatory agents I had in London before moving to Norwich. Generally lovely people and helpful. I would rate them a '4.5' if I could; only small issue was that they didn't check the heating controller before we moved in. It turned out to be broken, and took ages to fix (which wasn't their fault but the supplier's). But ultimately, if they'd checked the apartment super thoroughly before we moved in, we wouldn't have had the issue. Overall fully recommend them
