The service and support from John, Clare and Abi was exceptional. I highly recommend this team, from helping us prepare the home for selling, to the professionally run viewing and support through the sale. I am adding to this review 4 months after my house sold, to reflect the "above and beyond' help John gave after selling my home for my onward house purchase even though this did not benefit him. His analysis and advise was critical for the negotiation and subsequent purchase - thank you!
Lindsay made the journey to meet us in the sticks outside Crediton and introduced us to the vendors who were lovely and welcoming; there was clearly a warm relationship established already. We were shown around the house in an unhurried and informative way with all of our questions being answered. Lindsay was a great communicator before, during and after the viewing, listening well and clearly understanding our quite specific requirements! A great service all-round.
