Never trust this place. They are very dishonest, overcharge customers, and are extremely rude. My advice: stay away from this garage
Took my car to Miller Independent BMW and Mini Specialist after two other garages couldn’t diagnose the issue. Al took it on a test drive and very quickly knew the cause of the problem. Him and his team spent nearly two hours patiently working on the car, finding the issue and fixing the problem. Incredibly knowledgeable and, just as importantly, a genuinely great guy. I took my BMW in as it was giving me a drivetrain fault and rear light fault. My warranty were refusing to pay for the repairs due to another garage informing them that it would need a new EV battery. Alex fixed it within 30 minutes and informed me that it was not the battery rather just a light bulb causing the issues. Would highly recommend.
Took my X5 in for a 100k mile overhaul, full works, timing chain, nox sensor, DPF clean, rocker cover, new manifold loads of other stuff. These lads worked late into the night to get my car back to me within the agreed timescale. My car feels like the day I bought it now, rapid, responsive powerful and safe. Good for another 100k miles with a bit of TLC. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks Miller Independent for looking after me and doing a great job
