They need to get a new receptionist on the phone the lady is so rude honestly and it seems I’m not the only one pointing this out look at all the other reviews. I will simply take my business elsewhere then. How can so many bad reviews about the receptionist and they still keep the same person definitely has some sort of chip on her shoulder. She speaks to you like some child. Not a place I would trust with your second most expensive item you own
I was handed a business card a while back from a guy at a petrol station (presumably the owner ) he was nice enough so thought since my m4 needs servicing I thought I’d give them a go, the woman who answered the phone when trying to book was sharp and rude and not the sort of person you want answering to people who are about to give you money- lost my business because of this who knows how many more have been the same
Excellent service, made very welcome. Very friendly and efficient, my car was repaired in good time. I strongly recommend this garage.
This is already the second time another garage has suggested using Miller's BMW Specialist, as they are known to be the best at sorting out the kind of problem I had with my BMW. I’m very happy with the work they carried out – everything was done quickly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable price. Alex clearly explained the risks involved and advised what needed to be done, which was extremely helpful. Great service overall, and I will definitely be coming back in the future.
Update - took to another garage for the same issue and all that needed doing was to clean fuel injectors, so it’s clear that this garage just did this for the money. Do not use this garage. They do not respect their customers time, money, or business. Please please use anywhere else in the area, I am quite certain they were just trying to get money out of me. After an issue starting in September, I brought my mini here where they did a “quick” diagnostic to tell me cylinder 2 was misfiring. They told me their method was to s... read more
