I will never return to this dealership! It would appear unless you're buying a newer vehicle you will get little to no customer service, sitting in a waiting room for over an hour and not* being acknowledged once while everyone else is being waited on is unacceptable! I asked for one simple thing "please detail the vehicle" it got half the vehicle half ass clean which I could have lived with but the check engine light coming on half way home and the vehicle stalling not so much! Buyers please look around for Chevy Dealers that have Customer satisfaction for Buyers and Leases. Misrepresentation of a vehicle and not being able to exchange same day while still on the lot or 20 miles later when you call in to give your displeasure again is a major fail for a dealership such as Miller Chevrolet. After spending months and SEVERAL voicemails trying to get SOMEONE to talk to me to refund my gap coverage, I just gave up and had to sell my truck. They got to keep my money. I wouldn't buy the gap coverage if you plan on getting part of it back(Like they promise you can). I learned my lesson, won't be buying from them again.
