There services department and I have put my review with the BBB seeing this business thinks that they can do what ever they want and get away with it... It is against the law to fix or put anything on a customer vehicle without there permission and then try to charge them an arm an leg for it.. Good luck trying this again and my trucks will go elsewhere now!!
Not sure I will ever buy a Chevy again. Sad but our 2nd one that needed significant work on them around the 100k miles mark. Number 2 is in the shop right now and I am pretty upset with the amount of work the car needs. Not as reliable as they once were.
I have always been treated Great at Miller Chevrolet. Do all my service work there and never been let down. Will be back for next oil change!!
