Miller Chevrolet is the worst dealership , my son had his vehicle serviced here and had a oil change. Within a few days of service his vehicle broke down, oil came out ,seal blew and now his engine is shot. This happened in December 2017. They are trying to blame my son saying he neglected the vehicle maintenance which is not true. My son is a father of two young children and a fiancé, he is the sole provider and now has no vehicle. They are refusing to fix this error of theirs
Finance department was really easy to work with they had everything ready when I came in I wasn't there maybe an hour and I was ready to drive off. The thing that took the longest was when my sales guy Dave walked me through the truck he spent at least 30 minutes with me showing me all the features of my new Silverado pickup. The attentiveness was great. I was very impressed with Miller Chevrolet would Chris the manager Dave my sales guy and Andrew in finance. You get a five-star from me.
Best vehicle buying experience ever. Mike B. was the nicest, most pleasant salesman we've ever worked with. He was not a "car salesman", just a nice guy who happens to sell cars. Highly recommend Miller Chev.
Extremely disappointed regarding reimbursement of new tabs on my trade which I paid $491 and they paid $11 to have those same tabs transferred DMV would not reimburse because Miller had already transferred. Miller basically said too bad
When you walk in ask Brett R. In sales to help u. I kid you not you will have the best experience ever. The kind gentle approach along with laid back attitude made my family and me so comfortable. This was my second purchase in 3 years and look forward to meeting with Brett at miller chev again in the future. Yup I got a car guy.
