Dean in the service center is AWESOME! He really cares about his customers and is very personal. Also they have very nice people working there and great prices.
My dad recently bought a used car from here. Not only did they lie about the condition of the car (rear emergency brake locked after driving less than 30 miles--luckily not in the middle of traffic!), but management did not want to work with us to get the issue resolved. There are also problems with the head gasket. Long story short, if we knew we were buying a car for parts, we would have went to the junk yard!
Horible service department. Who makes you wait in a line for 30 minutes when you have an appointment? Rude people.
Had a great experience with a purchase of a vehicle with salesman Kevin back in March. He made it a fast, easy process and was professional. I recommend this dealership. Great selection of vehicles.
Always had good service when I brought my vehicle in. Their mechanics would even be honest if something came up that I could do myself. Always polite and informative
I bought my first new car (2014 Chevy Spark) and the service I received from everyone here was great!! I live in St. Paul and have been to other Chevy dealerships to get regular maintenance done, but I have never had the level of service I received here. So now I make the drive in when Beatrice needs an oil change or a tune-up! Love you guys!!
Every time I come here the wait for an oil change is longer and longer!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Months after the purchase they are trying to come back after us for hundreds more, claiming they made a mistake and we should pay for it! Never again will we ever have dealings with this company. Buyer beware they are dishonest!
