I have never spoken to such a rude man called Charles at this solicitors. Wanted to organise a will through my trade union, it went sent out via post months later, upon numerous emails to ask a few questions, weeks later I have had a call from him. The first time I advised I was on holiday, to which he wasn’t happy.
