This is a great place to live.....I lived there for a year. Moved, not because I wanted to. Tony and Andrea are the best! Maintenance is on top of whatever problem you have. The grounds are kept immaculate and they are always adding something new! They're always doing something nice for the residents. Holiday events, fun things in the summer, and good things for the community. The apartments are spacious, and they are always updating! I highly recommend Millcroft!

Milcroft apartments and town homes is a great place to live. Whether you are a single professional person or a small family the property offers secluded and quiet comfort surrounded by beautiful trees and landscapes. The property management is responsive and professional. Amenities include a pool, playground, picnic tables, outside grills, and an all inclusive fitness center. My family and I have been at Millcroft for almost 3 years now. It has been a great experience! Newly remodeled apartments and management is always fixing driveways, parking lighting, etc. This place is great for starting a family! Neighbors are great and rarely have any issues. You cannot hear them on the sides of you. Laundry facilities are awesome. Always clean and machines work properly. Gym and pool are a nice touch, and really adds value to the complex. First time I've lived in an apartment building and I couldn't be happier living here. Awesome and helpful staff, pet-friendly, quiet neighbors, and nice nestled-in location with plenty of food/shopping nearby.
I have lived here for 4 years. Great people great atmosphere. Definitely recommend to people looking for a place to live.
Andrea and Tony were fantastic throughout the whole application/move in process! The property is super nice with new/updated apartments and town homes! Oh, and you can't beat the price for the amount of space you get! Super pleased and excited to be living here!
I have been living here for almost 2 months and I love it! The apartments are spacious and comfortable! And I love how big my living room is! The staff are very nice and help whenever you need it. And Tony is a great Manager.
