Fabulous complex, friendly and caring staff. Property well maintained, apartment is well appointed and neighbors are respectful and quiet. Nice to have community activities like pool parties and movie nights...fosters a very friendly community. A+ across the board.
We recently moved into the Millcroft apartments and we absolutely love it! Everyone is so sweet and all the facilities are very nice! We love Andrea in the office so much! She made the moving process so easy for us! All our neighbors are so nice and respectful! Its quiet and friendly place to live!!! We are so happy we chose Millcroft Apartments! �
I just move in last month and Love it!! The staff is great and the property manager when a long way to help my family and he even carry our first grocery order in and gave us a jump on our car. If this is the way that they take care of us here I'm going to just asked everybody why go anywhere else to live. Thanks Bob
I recently moved her with my family into a townhome and we absolutely love it. It's absolutely beautiful and the staff is wonderful. Tony was very thorough while doing our paperwork to ensure we fully understood completely. And Andrea is great, she made us feel at home before we even viewed our unit. She was very welcoming and she is great with our daughter. It is a wonderful neighborhood and I highly recommend millcroft to anyone looking for a place in all of Clermont County. (Q107)
Just moved in but so far it seems like a great place to live. I'm glad I chose Milcroft.
Management are wonderful people. Clean and quiet living with lots of fun things to do on the property. Very close to all shopping needs.

Awesome, staff is always willing to help with any problems, beautiful grounds, decent pricing, and allows pets (I can't resist kittens!) Overall 10/10, would live.
