We love our apartment 605, very nice, clean, and quiet!! The staff and faculty are great to us. Very fun in the summer time, highly recommended and great, safe area!!
Unit 304-Millcroft has a great team of grounds keepers, maintenance, and management. The complex is very peaceful, haven't had an issue since we've lived here. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who asked.
Unit 115 - We have been with Millcroft for over a year and love it here! The pool, gym and basketball court are well maintained and clean. They also have social events where you can meet your neighbors if you choose. It's also very quiet at night. The maintenance reps are always thorough and timely with any issue. We would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy apartment in Milford.

I have been living in Millcroft for 4 years now and it has been amazing. The apartments are nice and plenty of space. The management team is the best, always friendly an warm and welcoming. I Would refer anyone I know to live here.
I have been here for about 7 months. The staff are freindly and the property always is inviting. I love coming home and spending my days off at our pool! My kids can play basketball or just run at the playground. Well maintained- Brandi B.
I love living here! The management team is awesome and they are always planning events for the residents! My apartment is super nice with all newer appliances. We just signed a 2nd lease and we will be here until we purchase our first home#
I recently began working for Towne Properties and have to say I am so impressed with this community. It is absolutely gorgeous. The apartment and townhome interiors are fantastic and the community common areas are stunning! The manager there has put in a lot of time and effort into making this community excellent...and it certainly shows.
