Promised a delivery of bed sides on Tuesday. Waited in all day. No one came. My husband sleeps in a cage of garden wire to stop him falling out of bed. I've been waiting for six weeks with excuses. There is also a mattress and machine to collect. Phone calls aren't replied to,it's always a message machine.

Pick up arranged for 15 July never turned up now have to wait another 2 weeks left furniture outside if they can't be bothered why should i

Update June 2025. Rang to take my things back, they offered to collect. Date arranged, received a phone call 30 mins before arrival, arrived on time, very polite, excellent service. Just the depot staff to sort then: October 2024 Went to collect my post op kit. I walk very badly, with a stick. The guy who "served" me just left me in the entrance area with two giant loo seats and a large pair of crutches.
