Very poor experience with Kellen Homes. The house was handed over not built to the specification I signed for, and I have had ongoing snagging and aftercare issues ever since July 2025. Problems include; a constant draught, misaligned doors, unsealed utility holes, a garage door seal fitted to the front door, walls not straight, a staircase significantly out of plumb, missing items such as a double socket and TV aerial point, poor insulation, a garage roof with missing bricks allowing rain to pour down the walls, and a garde... read more
They tried to redirect water from the site before house building . Water from local drainage and streams is running into newly built houses. This is very bad at the bottom of Don Street and Spinners Close. Water is up to gable walls of houses. The surface is soggy and water logged. It will only increase. Occupants are paying huge rents for these homes. They don't need this. Who planned this fiasco?.
