I sometimes pass by some of the Mill Street housing as I walk my dog. One particular part of the social housing is the sheltered accommodation down near the industrial part of the river. The gardens to the sheltered housing are delightful. So, a well-kept and beautiful display of flowers, shrubs, or adorned with overflowing hanging baskets.. I have named it .. 'The Hanging Baskets of Dorchester', I believe the creation and upkeep of the garden is d done mainly by a female resident. I hope she gets recognised for all her effo... read more
