My prescription was not fulfilled as I requested - without explanation. Totally unacceptable. Just a very controlling tactic and rather pathetic considering it is standard items. EDIT - My prescription request was nothing about timings, so I don’t know why you made mention of this. I also don’t know why you questioned my registration with this surgery. Of course I am registered here. Why else would I post this review. Are you trying to discredit my experience ?

Outstanding care from everyone! The receptionists are amazing and always try their best to help me. Getting my son seen the same day is never a problem. The drs and nurses are so lovely and caring. So so lucky to have this surgery ♥️
I have visited my asthma nurse Simone Wyle 3 times now. I cannot express enough how she has helped me understand and control my asthma better than anyone else I've seen. Her compassion around my medical issues were very kind at a time most needed.
I’d like to start by saying the receptionists at this surgery are always so helpful. I called on Monday to book two appointments, and they managed to fit both in for me this week, which I really appreciated. Even though they were running behind on Monday evening, it gave me the great opportunity to witness an incredible act of kindness from one of the nurses, Simone.
