I've been referred and attended this unit now several times. Tge staff are always very pleasant and polite too. It's always immaculately cleaned, and you are put at ease whilst waiting in the comfortable chairs in the main waiting area. Parking can be a bit limited at the busiest times. However, you can usually park with ease in the car park immediately outside, which includes disabled parking spaces too.
