We found our dog laying on the floor dead many years ago. He was only 8 years old and they never really explained what happened that day we left him at this practice. I will never forgive nor forget.
Always great service. Joshua and his team really loves and cares for animals and it shows in his work. He is also kind and respectful to the owners and understands what they are going through too.
Extremely disappointed with the care my cat received here. What should have been a routine spay resulted in a serious internal injury (a splenic laceration), causing unnecessary trauma and pain. No proper apology or accountability from the clinic, and we were charged in full—including for complications they caused. Poor communication, long waits, and a lack of compassion throughout. I’ve reported the incident to the RCVS.
