Avoid at all costs - they don’t actually have a practicing dentist there at the moment. I was registered here as an NHS patient and went in for an emergency appointment because of a broken tooth. The temporary filling they put in kept falling out (sometimes within the hour of me leaving the practice). It was only when I phoned to book a fifth visit to have another temporary filling that they informed me I hadn’t seen a dentist, but a dental therapist. DO NOT COME HERE! Still paying the consequences of a poor quality yet expensive crown they put in last year. Dentists I’ve seen since have been appalled at the poor quality of work.
Absolutely awful spending £500 on something that should have been nhs. Filling g fell out told another tooth was fine when it had hole in My partner the same Cancelled appointments as noone turned up
Can’t recommend this dentist enough. Quite nervous of dentists, but was made to feel calm and cared for. Had an extensive descale, without pain relief. Felt no pain at all and it was done quickly and efficiently. I am truly thankful to have found this dentist and the bonus is its NHS! If I could give more than 5 I would
My partner was left with stains on her teeth after a clean up during a hygiene appointment which she felt was very rushed - they just wanted to hurry up and get the job done. Additionally, she had booked and paid for next appointment already but decided to cancel due to the poor service received for that treatment despite being pregnant and should be under NHS. The company still have not refunded her money and continue to ignore all communication. Extremely unprofessional to deal with. Avoid this place!
